Tax Receipt and Refund Policy

Electronic tax receipt (e-receipt)

When you make your online donation to the Institute of Arteriology, an electronic tax receipt will be delivered instantly to your e-mail inbox. The electronic receipt is in an unalterable PDF format, and is your official receipt for income tax purposes. Simply print out the receipt and, if required, include a copy with your income tax return.

You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print your receipt. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, it can be downloaded free of charge at: http://www.adobe.com.

If you have difficulty viewing or printing your receipt, please contact us at donations@arteriology.org and we will send you a paper copy of your receipt. Please include your full name and address in the e-mail. You can also reach us by calling (323) 642-6861.

Payment Processing Errors

In the event of a discrepancy or error with your online transaction, please contact donations@arteriology.org. Please include your name, telephone number and the date and amount of your transaction. The Institute of Arteriology is committed to ensuring all discrepancies are resolved within 3 business days.

Refund Policy

There will be no refunds for any reason.  By submitting your donation to the Institute of Arteriolgy you are confirming that you have read and understand our no refund policy.
